According to herald.warhammeronline.com, WAR players will be able, from November 17th-December 1st to participate in special daily tasks to unlock new careers before they will be released to the public. Completing daily tasks earns influence, just like in normal Public Quest. Players after completing Basic, Advanced and Elite influence, will unlock new career: Knight of the Blazing Sun (Order) or the deadly Black Guard (Destruction). EA Mythic will add also new scenario, called Reikland Factor, available to players for the duration of this live event. Scenario “will be available for players of all levels, on all tiers, but will not contribute to the campaign”, also players will be receiving 10% more to their Renown point gain.

New careers Knight of the Blazing Sun and Black Guard was to occur in the basic version of the game, however, owing to problems with balancing form, producers must have both career move premiere a few months. Unofficially some players say that this is simply politics. EA Mythic just wants players to have more reasons to activate the pre-paid game time card.
Knight of the Blazing Sun and Black Guard are careers, designed as tank classes, but there are lots of differences between them and other tank classes.
