Warhammer Online Patch 1.2

Welcome on blog about gold in Warhammer. Today I would like to talk about latest improvements, related to upcoming Patch 1.2 for WAR. There are many fixes, but there are few very important ones like these ones related to pets and debuff during fortress fights.

- Pets Fixed, no longer run through walls/doors and can’t hit players who aren’t in line of sight
- Well now, after you click to attack a target on the other side of a closed door, pets will no longer run through the door. Right about time :/ I was really angry when some magical pet appeared from wall or closed door. That was totally dumb.
- Under heavy server load situations, buffs and debuffs will no longer last longer than they should.
- Pets will have a more accurate line of sight when trying to use abilities on their targets.
- Debuffs wont last for AGES when your in a fortress fight – (that was really annoying).
- Last, but very important improvement is that now Keep loot timers have been extended to allow more time for players to reach the loot chest – yeah another great discovery! They should change this #$@#$ bug in the BETA!! Is this to complicated for them?? Anyway better now then never…I lost few gold loots in that way :/ gold loots….(gold loots are most valuable ones)
- Pick Lock: Fixed a bug that prevented this ability from functioning. Well I’m happy that they fixed up this bug quite soon.
- Bypass Defenses: Fixed a bug that prevented this ability from functioning correctly.  That bug was totally dumb, this skill was useless from the beginning. Why they added @#!$% up skill? It’s totally unprofessional.

There are also another changes related to patch 1.2 below. These ones are less important ones…
Skill changes:
- Agile Escape – Now can’t be used when rooted.
- Kiss of Agony – Now will deal Corporeal Damage.
- Ruthless Assault – Now will behave correctly when interrupted.
- Pierce Armor – Now has its additional armor debuff removed. This has been replaced with a self buff that will increase your Weapon Skill.- Oh man :/ why?? These skill was really great agaist tanks and all kind of tough targets. This is SAD! It was best skill for Marauder connected to Path of Savage.
- Kisses will no longer be able to activate off a thrown dagger.
- Sacrifices Rewarded – Now will absorb more damage.
- Kiss of Betrayal – Now will deal Corporeal Damage.
- Enfeebling Strike – Now has its damage contribution from stats reduced.
- Sharpened Edge – Now has its armor debuff removed. This has been replaced with a self buff that will deal damage back to your enemy whenever they block or parry your attacks.
- Masterful Treachery – Now bonus to damage has been little bit lowered.
- Treacherous Assault – Now has its damage contribution from stats reduced.

And other changes…

Crowd Control Nerfed
- Immovable: Duration increased to 20 seconds.
- Guys from EA also improved the way that the Disorient debuff will effect all Warhammer Online characters. Instead of increasing all ability cast times by a flat value, it will now increase cast times by a % of the total cast time of the spell.Well, now few changes should improve game experience and WAR should be a little bit more balanced. Some changes are little bit controversial, (in my opinion of course – like Pierce Armor for Marauder) but life is sometimes brutal and you can’t do anything about it.
