Welcome on Warhammer Online Gold. As you probably know, WAR patch 1.3. It contains RvR improvements, action bar improvements, lockout timer changes, new public quests loot roll options (no if you don’t want to roll and participate in PQ - one click on the chest near radar) and many more other changes. Most interesting part of this patch is new zone for PvP called Land of the Dead. According to Creative Director Paul Barnett, Mythic this way, just “add more game to the game.” Anyway check out this cool Land of the Dead Trailer, it’s awesome!

Well, to enter the Land of the Dead, the realm must win through Realm vs Realm, most specifically zone conquest and kills. After competition the controlling realm gains the sole ability to enter the zone and respawn if killed within it. Of course, when it flips, the players already inside won’t just be kicked out. Instead, the invading realm will need to purge them through a series of missions.
Another very important change in Patch 1.3 is new sigil system. Mythic announced, these change to the Ward system at Games Day Baltimore, if I remember correct. The “Sigil” system was announced, transferring wards from specific pieces of armor to the Tome of Knowledge. Now ward pieces will still be available through the armor sets, as well as complementary methods such as defending the fortress, kill specific number of times a specific mob. Well, this way is really easy to unblock wards, especially Lesser and Greater.
